Notice regarding Painting: Section 35 of the Belle Creek Design Guidelines states the approval is not required if colors and color combinations are identical to the original approved color(s) of the Residence. All color changes must first be approved by the ARC prior to paint application. If you are changing the color(s) of your home, you must submit a Design Review Application Form and may need to paint a sample for the review to be completed. The Belle Creek community covenant enforcement committee meets at 6:00pm the family center on the third Wednesday of each month to discuss enforcement matters with the Chuck Wolfersberger, the District’s covenant enforcement contractor. These meetings are open to the public.
